I started my career in SGS&Co straight out of university after completing my degree in product design. During my studies I found a passion for 3D visualisation and decided to pursue my career in this rather than following the Design route. SGS initially employed me for my 3D experience as they had interest in expanding into this side of the industry. My initial role was that of a creative retoucher/2D visualiser, after proving the benefits of using 3D software over Photoshop for visualisation the amount of work quickly began to increase. SGS pitched for the Philips work in 2016 and I relocated to the Amsterdam studio shortly after securing work from the initial pitch. Since this time the account has grown exponentially. What started as solely producing the renders developed into hiring, training and leading a team. I am now the lead artist of the CGI team of the Amsterdam studio. Between the Philips work I have also worked for the Marks Design side of SGS&Co producing marketing visuals for a variety of household goods.
